It may be Spring, but we’re planning ahead for all the fun we’ll have in the Summer when the sun is out, the weather is temperate, and our friends are more prone to social gatherings outside as you don’t have to rely on the indoor grill anymore. The perfect setup is having a cookout since everyone can mill about without feeling pressured to the confines of a single room. The biggest component of a BBQ is of course the grill, and you can create a setup to cook food out of just about anything, but not many will make much of a statement.
That is, unless you have the Star Wars TIE Fighter Gas Grill. This is an officially licensed Star Wars product that will let you grill the logo we all know and love onto all of your meats, veggie-based proteins, and buns. This is portable, uses standard 1-pound disposable propane tanks, and folds up to make it easy to stash in the car or closet after use.
On the surface of the grill is 220 square inches of cooking space, which should cover a modest-sized party. There are also two shelves which will give you a place for food preparation, and an analog thermometer is included to make monitoring a breeze. Keep in mind that this is not a particularly tall setup, so you will need a table or stand of some sort to keep it on unless you want to do some squats while you cook. This is not light weight at 52 pounds, and will be a heavy-hitter for your wallet as well at $399.99, but it will look really cool.
